new pats posted - 20070827 (maintenance pats release)
23189 patterns, 10240 right anchor strings, 29223 test IPs.
Unmatched DNSBL lookup candidates from the past week, plus a few contribs.
PLEASE NOTE: the patterns_xwalk file format has changed to include the
tech attribute from the XML database files; this is to allow separation
of "assignment type/duration" from more specific knowledge about the
type of technology in use (such as dsl, dialup, cable, etc.)
