new pats posted - 20080808-01 (maintenance pats release)
31719 patterns, 11372 right anchor strings, 109651 test IPs.
The last of the rightanchors QA for a while.
NOTE that I've added the 'UNASSIGNED' type to rightanchors, so any
rightanchors that had been tagged with type unassigned (which would
previously default to 'generic') are now explicitly tagged as such.
Was asked to start tracking couplets (pattern class and tech, taken
together as a sort of meta-identifier); there are no new couplets in
this release.
