new pats posted - 20090331 (maintenance pats release)
36147 patterns, 11817 right anchor strings, 155777 test IPs.
Contribs from the past few days plus a few more class/tech tweaks
and some largish bunch of candidates from a separate contributor.
Just in time for Conficker.
Was asked to start tracking couplets (pattern class and tech, taken
together as a sort of meta-identifier); there are two new couplets in
this release ('outmx/powermta', for PowerMTA, and 'static/ethernet',
for Metro ethernet).
