new pats posted - 20090609-01 (maintenance pats release)
38642 patterns, 11317 right anchor strings, 164643 test IPs.
Some more QA from the latest run against the CBL list.txt zone file; as
of this release EL matches 99.34% of the hosts in CBL with PTR
records.
Was asked to start tracking couplets (pattern class and tech, taken
together as a sort of meta-identifier); there are no new couplets in
this release.
