new sendmail package release 20090807
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail 8.14.1.

Highlights:
Adds support for three "new" DNSBL lookup result codes, for "natproxy",
"badrdns", and "cloud". See below. Mostly a bugfix release, with a few
new knobs and the like as requested by Chris Candreva and Bryan Bradsby.

The previous release used MAIL_SETTINGS_DIR in the various declarations
of locations of spamtraps, whitelist, etc. THIS ONE DOES NOT. So, Chris,
be sure to test (and look in your syslog) to make sure your mc defines
the correct locations.
Those using postfix and exim: please contact me for information on how
to use the EL DNSBL lookup interface.
