new sendmail package release 20111115
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail 8.14.1.

Highlights:
This release adds support for 'dedhost' checking (replaces 'static/colo');
you will need to update your local policy file to include checks for it
as per usual. When I've heard from Chris and Bryan that their installs
are updated, I'll twiddle the bit that will allow us to distinguish between
webhost and dedhost via rbldns lookups and publish a new patterns release.
