92456 patterns in 33561 domains, 12232 right anchor strings, 365733 test IPs
New patterns and updates from the various contributing feeds. There were
several minor releases since 20120403.
PLEASE NOTE that this release contains a NEW CLASS: 'dedhost'. It
replaces 'static/colo' and allows for distinction between shared and
dedicated web hosting and colocated servers. It is now reflected in
the rbldnsd files and returns 127.0.2.3.
