92760 patterns in 33646 domains, 12234 right anchor strings, 366416 test IPs
New patterns and updates from the various contributing feeds. There were
a couple of minor releases since 20120406.
PLEASE NOTE that this release contains a NEW CLASS: 'dedhost'. It
replaces 'static/colo' and allows for distinction between shared and
dedicated web hosting and colocated servers. It is now reflected in
the rbldnsd files and returns 127.0.2.3.
