100000 patterns in 35540 domains, 12337 right anchor strings, 381522 test IPs
New patterns and updates from the various contributing feeds. There were
a couple of minor releases since 20120622; mostly doing a special post
here to celebrate EL's 100,000th pattern.
PLEASE NOTE that this release contains a NEW CLASS: 'dedhost'. It
replaces 'static/colo' and allows for distinction between shared and
dedicated web hosting and colocated servers. It is now reflected in
the rbldnsd files and returns 127.0.2.3.
