100215 patterns in 35651 domains, 12343 right anchor strings, 381971 test IPs
New patterns and updates from the various contributing feeds. There were
three minor releases andone major since 20120625.
PLEASE NOTE that this release contains a NEW CLASS: 'dedhost'. It
replaces 'static/colo' and allows for distinction between shared and
dedicated web hosting and colocated servers. It is now reflected in
the rbldnsd files and returns 127.0.2.3.
