It's a for-pay service, and though I don't subscribe, I know folks who do who report that it is effective at catching stuff other DNSBLs do not.

As much as he deserved all the punishments that could be devised, and as much as his final actions prove what a sociopath he was, our thoughts are with his remaining family, who did not deserve this at all.
