Massachusetts Goes After Leo Kuvayev
The BBC is reporting that Massachusetts AG Tom Reilly is going after Leo Kuvayev and pals, one of the largest spam gangs in the world, listed on Spamhaus' ROKSO database. Instead of pressing legal charges, the AG is trying to get his sites shut down as Kuvayev is suspected of being in Russia and is likely to evade prosecution. Go get 'em. (via spam-l)
