new release 20050601
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail
8.13.4.

Highlights:
Primarily a bugfix release.
Note that many files were modified solely for the purpose of fixing
bugs in the XML prolog that is to be used for autogenerating
documentation for each release. Accordingly, I've not bothered to note
those fixes in detail as they do not affect the m4 rules.
Feedback, etc. is welcome.
