new release 20050812
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail
8.13.4.

Highlights:
- mostly refinements of existing checks, but with a few new checks for
phishing scams, specific spamware signatures, hotmail and Yahoo!
phishing/419 relay checks, especially checking for the injection point
IP of spam so that we can reject spam relayed through other servers
from IPs in our blacklist, new check for SpamAssassin X-Spam-Status:
header so we can reject obvious spam that wasn't stopped at the relay
that scored it.
