new release 20051011
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail
8.13.4.

NOTE: PLEASE READ THE NOTES FROM 20050920 IF YOU ARE USING THE
_EL_CONFIG / sendmail_rules_config DISTRIBUTION. The changes in that
release are NOT backwards compatible with that version, and yes, it's on
purpose. :-)
This release (20051011) is primarily a bugfix release, to resolve a few
problems related to the use of _EL_REJECT_NOMSGID_AND_GENRDNS with the
changes made in the prior release.
