new pats posted - 20051213 (maintenance pats release, canonical beta)
NOTE: This release contains a new beta test version* of the "canonical"
rules (patterns matching the compact left-anchors and/or the right
anchors are excluded from the list). This version extends policy
configurability for compact rDNS/HELO checks on a per-user basis.
I'm running it here on my systems with no problems. If you decide to try
it, make sure you're using the right anchor strings in your access.db!

Highlights:
- fixed an issue with compact checks - policy keywords "CGNRDNS" and
"CGNHELO" now work to allow per-user policy config here, too. (This
is built into the rules distro, not the package, hence the note here).
13173 patterns, 4968 right anchor strings. GreetPause rejects from
the past week and some others from JR at Spamhaus (a few hundred more
to go as well).
