new release 20060110
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail
8.13.4.

Highlights:
- PCRE compatibility issue solved (use _EL_LIBPCRE in your .mc),
tightened up some dependency checks, fixed the order of several
checks to help outscatter rejections, and basically fixed some
minor bugs and maintenance stuff. Should be a good, solid release.
