new sendmail package release 20060905
This release is currently in production on my servers, under sendmail 8.13.7.

Highlights:
- mostly just a bugfix release; only major change is the addition of a
check for in-addr.arpa in rDNS, so I could get rid of some patterns
that were all DNS zone typos.
