18048 patterns, 7207 right anchor strings, 13777 test IPs.
More catchup on old submissions (most of which would have been matched
by "compact" patterns, but we're going ahead and getting the full pats
in for performance reasons in the DNSBL), some trap/GreetPause hits, and
a few more QA fixes. Notably, I finally got around to fixing the stupid
bug in the routine that generates the list of added/changed/removed
domains, so you should no longer see the occasional 'nyk12.us.,' or
'com123example.,' :-)
