new pats posted - 20070305 (maintenance pats release)
19236 patterns, 7901 right anchor strings, 15409 test IPs.
Long-awaited catchup patterns release; includes several new patterns
derived from the old NJABL dynamics list as well as the usual crop of
updates. Expect more additions as I continue to wend my way through
the NJABL. There have been several unpublished updates that I've had
running under the DNSBL lookup interface, but this is the complete set
of additions and updates since the last public patterns release.
