new pats posted - 20070705 (maintenance pats release)
21706 patterns, 9224 right anchor strings, 24583 test IPs.
Last of the candidates from the old NJABL Dynablock, plus a few from
the past few days submissions and unmatched.
PLEASE NOTE: the patterns_xwalk file has changed slightly, though the
basic format is the same - I've added an underscore between the domain
part of the key and the count part, so that ComRr01 is now ComRr_01.
This was to enable some easier handling of the keys as part of the DNSBL
build process; if it's a problem, please let me know.
