new pats posted - 20070718 (maintenance pats release)
22149 patterns, 9324 right anchor strings, 26370 test IPs.
More of the submissions courtesy some IPs Bob Poortinga sent me. More to
come; this release focuses on net.id and com.ar.
PLEASE NOTE: the patterns_xwalk file has changed slightly, though the
basic format is the same - I've added an underscore between the domain
part of the key and the count part, so that ComRr01 is now ComRr_01.
This was to enable some easier handling of the keys as part of the DNSBL
build process; if it's a problem, please let me know.
