new pats posted - 20070809 (maintenance pats release)
22994 patterns, 9564 right anchor strings, 28872 test IPs.
Some contribs from a donor who wishes to remain anonymous ;) as well as
a few from here and other contributors.
PLEASE NOTE: the patterns_xwalk file format has changed to include the
tech attribute from the XML database files; this is to allow separation
of "assignment type/duration" from more specific knowledge about the
type of technology in use (such as dsl, dialup, cable, etc.)
